[pct-l] Food Storage/Bear Protection Sierra Final update for 2008

OK,  I've looked again.  It looks like you should be able to get away 
without one until VVR using a couple lockers along the way.  What say 
you all?

If true, I wonder if Bear Vault would ship to VVR?
