[pct-l] Yahoo group for trail info

Ok I have started a group of the sole intent of posting trail updates  
for hikers. all posts are moderated and the posts will be kept short  
and to the point. everyone can "post" with info and current trail  
reports of trail/water conditions, but each post will be reviewed  
before it is sent out to the group.
