[pct-l] Fire near Campo with a cool time lapse video

The fire has over 1000 people fighting it now. A couple of notes on
this article.

1)The Mt Laguna HPWREN time lapse video is cool. The cameras are
located just above the PCT on Mt Laguna. The Video shows time lapse
images from 3 compass points. The last one stays on after dark,
because you can see the flames.

2) The article mentions the fire being close to Mt Empire High School.
The PCT runs adjacent to that High School where it crosses the creek
just south of Boulder Oaks Campground
