[pct-l] Possible fire at Southern Terminus

Just heard on KNX that Lake Morena and vicinity is being asked to evacuate.  Seems the winds are changing and pushing the fire to the east, just as it did in 2003.  CALISO should put powerlines underground, at least those that can be put underground.
