[pct-l] Class PCT DVD Copies

Bittorrent will work ok with a couple of seeders and a half dozen
leeches. Of course it works better with hundreds, but it still works
OK with a few.

It also greatly decreases the bandwidth requirements of the source
..AND... this is a BIG "and," the bandwidth comes from your local
providers free of extra charges, not a web hosting company that
charges by the gig.

All it would take would be a dozen or so people who want the DVDs, and
who have broad band connections to install a bittorrent client (if you
don't already have one), and one person to seed the torrent and
announce the tracker. (If all that sounds cryptic, don't worry it is
really easy.)

Ryan, if you send me the DVDs I will rip images of them, and do all
the torrent stuff needed to do the distribution, and send the link to
the list. This is a PERFECT use of bittorent, and it doesn't even
infringe on anyone's copyright.
