[pct-l] NOTICE - LAST MESSAGE YOU WILL RECEIVE

I'm shutting down the PCT-L for maintenance immediately.   It's being 
migrated to a new machine and folks will have to resubscribe.    I 
thought I could just reload the PCT database, but apparently it suffers 
from the same problems that the AT-L did and will require users to resub.

I will post resub instructions when the new list is ready.   In the 
interim, resubbing won't do any good.
