[pct-l] Rain in SD

Boy, I bet the Lagunas are really getting smashed with fog, hail, and  rain.  
This is too cool (pun intended).  It would be neat to be up  there camping at 
Pioneer Mail --- testing out gear for the 2008 campaign.
