[pct-l] ziplocks vs. baggies

Here's a tip for use at home, and for heavy-weight backpackers.

I give the plastic bag a quick twist then use a snap clothespin to grip 
the twisted part and keeps the bag closed. Fast and easy and very little 
change of tearing the bag when opening.
