Sly suggested that the ADZ consider helping to fund the replacement of the  
monument.  In fact, we're seriously considering this and am having our  annual 
Fall meeting on Saturday. However, just as has been pointed out here, the  
jurisdictions that oversee it must first be collaborated with.
 
Great suggestion, Sly, we're also considering another PCT - related project  
to help fund.
