[pct-l] trailhead at I-80

While I've never parked there overnight, I have parked there for day hikes several times and never had a problem. I think there is a couple that stays there in an RV watching things and giving out info (at least they were there last year, and there was an RV in their spot when I was up there last weekend for a day hike).
