[pct-l] Sierra stream crossings

Well, the data is looking very good, as I thought it might in my ADZPCTKO
presentation.  The water flow on the Merced in Yosemite is a little over
50% of average, and historically, the day of maximum flow is May 28.  The
graph suggests that it may already have reached the peak for this year.

At any rate, crossings should be much less of a problem than most years!
