[pct-l] Where are they?

I'm planning on bringing some goodies to the PCT northbounders late this 
week, but I'm not sure where to go.
Can anyone tell me the general area where the bulk of the thru hikers should 
be this time of year?  With that in mind, are there any particularly long 
stretches in SoCal where a few unexpected calories would be particularly 
useful?
