WHAT'S THIS? Is it now against the rules to through-hike the INYO National Forest? Oh, woe is me! Time to re-think this summer's hiking plans, or work on my really-really-stealthy stealth camping skills. Maybe all those silly cameo tents and clothes deserve a second consideration.
