I know it is not for everyone, but good old Bag Balm is great for your feet everyday and for rashes too.  Buy it in the Walmart pet section in the green can.
 
On thing, in the heat it might run a little, so keep it in a screw top type container.  This stuff works great for your skin.  Amazing stuff.
