[pct-l] Get the ALDHA "Don't be an Animal" poster

with hiking season coming up quickly, i thought i'd remind folks of this 
thread from a couple months ago. there's an AT flier that might be a 
good thing to post along on the pct this year, ie at major road 
crossings near resupply towns.

i think this flier is useful and helpful, but that it should ONLY be 
posted on established trailhead message boards where it's common to find 
such notices. and i really only think it's needed near the major 
resupply towns, places that tend to experience the herd effect. please 
do not post copies of this flier on, say, random trees in the middle of 
nowhere. most folks will only need to see this message once or twice, if 
at all, in order to get the idea.
