[pct-l] Herd solutions are not wanted or needed

I'm just such a child of the 60s.  I really believe that it's up to me to be a "part of the solution." 

Besides, I can't eat the potato salad.  I'm on a low carb diet. So, just like little Thru-Wallet, I'm moving on.
