Sequoia shuttle buses start in May, both inside & to park

Shuttle buses will finally start running in late May providing an alternative for those who wish to avoid driving mountain roads to and in Sequoia NP.
Both routes will operate May through Sept.
One route will operate in the park stopping at major locations such as Wuksachi Lodge, Giant Forest, General Sherman tree, campgrounds, etc. The in park service is expected to be free.
A second route will take visitors from the city of Visalia to the Park entrance above Three Rivers. There transfers will be available to the in park shuttle. This route will cost under $10 per person which will include the park entrance fee. Travel time will be about 1 hour.
