For you sub atomic super extreme  light weight hikers, the Photon Freedom 
Micro light for GossamerGear.com weighs  .3 ounces without the hat clip and .5 
ounces with the hat clip.
 
This clip is pretty cool.  You  just attach it to the bill of your hat and 
adjust it wherever you want to point  it.  The light has infinite  dim settings. 
 This is neat if you do not need full brightness in your  shelter to read at 
night or to find something.
 
I do not know if it is the lightest light out there, but for the features  it 
is not bad.  I am still using the super heavy one ounce Petzl  e+Lite 
headlamp (REI # 749039) as my main light with the Micro on my neck cord  as a backup. 
 Not bad.
