You're right.  Lipton noodles do not promote regularity.

By the way, when the weather's cool enough to keep them from melting, I also 
have a snickers bar almost every day.  Usually right after my noodle 
sides................... really.

Have to confess this one.  I traded some of my food in for Jeff's hiker box 
food in Trout Lake, WA.  My resupply for his rejects.
