You can call the campground (Lake Morena County Park 
http://www.sdcounty.ca.gov/parks/camping/lake_morena.html) about the 23rd. 
They may not need a reservation that day.
ADZPCTKO registration will open very soon at http://pct77.org/adz/.  First 
come, first serve limited spaces.
