I have always considered Eider Down  to be 1000 down grade quality.  I have 
no idea if that is true.   NunatakUSA.com does carry it every once in awhile.  
It is really expensive  stuff, but you would be the only one on your block 
with an Eider down  jacket.  The down comes from up in Canada somewhere, if I 
remember  correctly.
