[pct-l] The PCT IS open at Echo Lake

In an email, Yogi asked me to post the following info to the PCT L:

 

I'm at Echo Lake now 10:30am Wednesday.  The PCT is not closed.  Two hikers
just got here who spent the last three days in SLT.  They talked to the
forest service, and were told that the PCT is open.
