[pct-l] Angora fire extent

I think the SF Chronicle map may be wrong. From what I've seen on local 
news, live helicopter shots, and my knowledge of the area, I don't think 
the fire reached Echo Lakes. I've been wondering if the Chronicle map 
shows the extent of area that may have had spot fires, but did not 
actually burn. The local Sacramento news has been showing a 
significantly smaller burn area than is shown on the Chronicle map.

Again, this is just my guess based on the pictures from the news and 
local knowledge.
