[pct-l] Southbound Permits

We're heading SOBO from Manning Park in about a month. Obviously we'll use 
our passports to get into Canada, but does anyone know if we need to 
file/obtain a permit to hike into the U.S. from Manning Park? I know you 
need one to go from the U.S. to Canada, but can't find any info regarding 
the opposite direction. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
