[pct-l] Hitching from Bishop to South Lake

I took the Crest bus from bishop north and it let me
off at the turnoff for Sonora Pass. It runs along 395.
 I hitched from Lone Pine to Bishop and I felt really
uncomfortable with the guy who gave me a ride but
nothing happened.  I used a sign saying Bishop.
