[pct-l] trail directions

The old mining road from Winthrop through Mazama leads up to Harts Pass and the PCT. This road is closed indefinitely due to a slide at Dead Horse Point that took out the road. It is unknown when if ever it will be repaired, and that's assuming it can.

    Please could some one advise me how to get to the trail from highway 20 in Washington? 
     
    I have a road map and the closest town I see is Mazama.
     
    There is also a small road going north from Winthrop.
     
    Please could someone help me.
