Just FYI
 . . .Snow is still present south of Kendall Katwalk. One hiker reported he was glad he had his ice axe, but he saw other people there in running shoes and tevas.

. .  Still some snow in the Cathedral Rock section, Penny's Pond still frozen and snow around Hyas Lake.

. . .Snow and blowdowns around Surprise Lake at the north end of the section. The lake is still partially frozen, but thawing fast.
