Warning: Oregon is famous for its poison oak, especially prevalent at lower altitudes and around water. Can also be found growing up trees.

If you are going "the Natural route", be sure you know what you are grabbing before using it. Failure to do so could make you the laughing stock of the ER, which will only add to the suffering.

  To go without tp at all, use leaves, sticks, moss, lichen (the stuff that hangs from trees in Oregon works very well) or the mythical smooth rock.
