FYI...
  A pee rag is just that.  A rag for pee, which is a fairly sterile substance unless you have a kidney or bladder infection.  Like everything else, it gets washed well away from the water source.  To go without tp at all, use leaves, sticks, moss, lichen (the stuff that hangs from trees in Oregon works very well) or the mythical smooth rock.  Bury the used items along with your waste.
