[pct-l] Bear Cannisters special deals for PCT thru hikers

BearVault attends the ADZPCTKO at Lake Morena and as a service to thru
hikers provides special pricing on BV400s  that includes shipment of the
canister to Kennedy Meadows for $60 (plus tax if a california resident). The
BV350 is also similarly available for $54 (plus tax if a california
resident). This pricing is available to all ADZPCTKO attendees.
