[pct-l] Keeping a VERY skinny guy warm in SoCAL

I don't understand how that is possible. The urine is already inside
you, has been all day and you were plenty warm then, I think
therefore it is at or close to body temperature. It can't get cold
inside you because that would mean it would have to lose heat, and
where would it lose heat to when it is inside your body? Do we have a
physician or a physicist in the house?
