[pct-l] Lighter life style

I'm hoping to hike the PCT this year or next. I walked the Camino to
Santiago a few years ago, and it definitely had this effect on me. I
realised if I can manage for a month with just one change of clothes, no
luxuries, and have a great time doing it, then there's a lot of superfluous
stuff in my normal life. I've never been a big consumer, but it brought it
home to me, - and it also meant that I started travelling much lighter for
other types of trip as well.
