[pct-l] Pay Phones

Hi Roy   I carry a "Verizon" Cell phone. It has worked for me off and on 
from the boarder to Hwy 178, that's as far as I have hiked. I also use a 
gps, mainly to check mileage and my speed.  Remember "Be Prepared" Ground
