All: I too use Esbit tabs and straight from the USPS postmaster in my neighborhood, it has to be marked and shipped "surface mail only" and labeled as "ORM-D". (I mail them separately from my main resupply boxes so everything but the Esbits can go via first class air-mail.) Happy Hiking, -Al
