Beware the message fffffffff86 gratuitously splashed across your Pocketmail
screen. It means all messages are lost, nothing is recoverable, the unit
will no longer function, and you are now at the mercy of a bunch of dufuses
located in Australia who clearly don't understand the relative inefficiency
of the US Postal Service. Just make sure and get a working unit like
Girlscout did and you'll be OK. But that's the problem. You have here a
company that is trying to optimize their investment into cheaply
manufactured motherboards for a technology that is rapidly fading into the
Pleistocene-- that is, except for the cavepeople known as thru hikers and
technophobic retirees in RVs. Other than that, I have no problem with
Pocketmail :)
