I don't think you'll find wifi very often on the PCT except for in a few
towns. Half your resupply is in resorts, a few of which may have cell service
if you're lucky.
I've used....

to find free wifi along the CDT using the state locator, some stores of
which I've been told no longer exist. There may be others you need to pay for.
