[pct-l] DEcember PCTA "Communicator"

I received my Dec 2006 issue on 12/16. A couple of years ago, I had 
trouble with magazines arriving late or not at all. After several calls 
to the local post office carrier supervisor and contacts with the 
publishers of the magazines involved, I now get all my magazines within 
normal delivery time.
