[pct-l] The Old Geezer Tribe "T.O.G."

Well, at 44, I'm firmly in the TOG Tribe.
I'm still a youngin' in some circles (Bill...), but if I meet someone
older than I on the PCT, I'm surprised!

But what I meant was: I would consider a 20-25 mile hike abusive if I
was packing more weight than necessary. Same with the pole thing- if
there was anything that eased my hike, I'm ALL over it!

Hey..who said anything about abusing myself (Well, unless it involves a
hut trip
and a tad too much vino.. ;) )

I am going to be 33 this year. Though my hair is rapidly vanishing and
my beard is starting
to show the first touches of grey, I'd hate to think I am in TOG
category quite yet.

Maybe a young geezer. ;)

Fit to be tied perhaps? ;)
