Chocolate has caffeine, so those who are sensitive to caffeine (like me), and already spent restless nights when camping, might want to find other sources of calories before bed. Someone posted something last year about how many calories your body will burn when sleeping and staying warm and repairing/rejuvenating after a day of pounding -- I seem to recall that it was somewhere around 1200-1500 calories. Anyone remember this info?
