[pct-l] Transport from airport to trailhead

I was hoping to fly into San Diego sometime between the 15th and 20th of 
May.  Is anyone available to  shuttle me from the airport to the trailhead, 
and maybe hook me up with some denatured alcohol?  If so, what is the fee?
