[pct-l] Bringing friends to hike part of the trail - could use some suggestions

If you go to ADZPCTKO there is early morning transportation to the 
border so you can walk back to Lake Morena with only lunch and water 
and be there in mid-afternoon. Without a pack, that is not a bad walk.
