Poncho = 3.8 ounces
Solo shelter = 4.9 ounces
Pack = 3.3 ounces
bivy = 4.2 ounces
 
All this comes to a whopping 1  pound 3.6 ounces.  Yes, it is going overboard 
with the bivy and solo  shelter, but I thought I would cut you some slack, so 
you could take some  extras.
