[pct-l] Bag-Pad combinations

Big Agnes makes bags like this.  They have a down or synthetic top.  
The bottom is a pocket that holds a pad.

< I seem to remember that there used to be available combination 
sleeping 
sets.  The top layer was essentially a down quilt and the connected to 
a 
bottom later, which was a sleeping pad.
   Does anyone know if such things are still made and who makes them 
(and 
have any experience with them).
