Thankyou so much for the great information.  Did you try to help Scout on 
Back Canyon Rd?  Where were the points you were able to help him?  I will be 
probably hiking alone, and my husband is trying to figure out unique ways to get 
to me between Aqua Dulce and Kennedy Meadows CG from March 23rd to April 8th.
