[pct-l] Gear shops San Fran

In October '66 I went thru SF on my way to DaNang, VietNam. I spent a 
few days there and decided if and when I came back that I would move to 
SF. I did.  Back then I never thought I'd take up (car) camping, 
backpacking, hiking, etc. But I did.
