[pct-l] Gaiters on the PCT?

Mark,

I used the same set for the entire trip and I still have them.  Yep, they are pretty trashed, but I just can't seem to part with them.  One of those pieces of gear that you develop a special relationship with and it's hard to part with.

Speaking of customer service... the gal that runs DGG sent me a pair before I had even sent her a check so that I could verify which size I needed.  Given that I had long feet and skinny ankles, she ended up up doing a custom setup for me, again before I had even sent her the money.  She definitely has a big following in the in niche market of Ultramarathon phychos, so it would seem like a good fit for thru-hikers!
