[pct-l] Yellow-legged Frog Closure

Same closure. While the Burkhart Trail is nice, the walk along the state
highway to get to it isn't.

Is this the same closure we had earlier this year.
 
I think the reroute I resentfully took was the Burkhart Trail.
Turned out to be beautiful.  Probably nicer than the PCT (but longer
than the road walk)
