[pct-l] Water Caches

The photo is the cache at Scissors Crossing. When I passed by a week earlier (4/22) the cache site looked great. Trail angel Dan was there when I arrived. He was dropping off water and tidying the place. He and his fellow angels do a great job maintaining this cache. They can't be there 24x7, and it is up the hikers that pass by to do their part.

This is a photo from Len Roughgarden (2007 thru-hiker) at about mile 87, somewhere between Warner Springs and Mt. Laguna, showing all the empty water bottles. What an mess!
