[pct-l] Whole Milk Powder

Have you looked at Whole Foods?  I think I know what you're talking about,  
it's not the instant non-fat powder (almost looks like beads), but a  
denser, more slippery product, a little off-white.  Anyhow, I can't say I  
know it's there, but that'd be one of the first places I'd look.
