[pct-l] Two hikers dead in avalance near Snoqualmie Pass

We have heard that the State of Washington does NOT charge.  Taxes cover 
it.  This has NOT been verified.  It was a volunteer crew for the most 
part.  We did have two helicopters and the SAR flew in an avalanche 
expert from CO.  We are all going to the mission debrief next Wed.  Will 
probably learn more than.  My hiking is over at least till spring, but I 
could volunteer at a command post or communications center.  I have no 
money to give them, but I could eke out a small payment each month if 
necessary.  Chris
